BRUSSELS, Dec 12 (PRIME) -- The ninth package of E.U. sanctions against Russia is not ready, there are several issues that need discussion, E.U. foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said on Monday.
The official said that he hoped for an agreement on the issue later in the day or on Tuesday.
